I already posted 3 videos on youtube, about endurance nutrition. This is going to be a regular thing, as I have been interested in this subject all my life. I have been studying it rigorously every single day, I am looking for questions, answers and I am not afraid to test out anything, regardless how ludicrous it sounds. We are going to discuss whole foods, special whole foods, some supplements, nutritional strategies, like fasting, stacking up certain supplements, nutritional periodisation, sugar trickling, fat utilisation, of course hydration and more.
