Paleo Butternut Recipe

I hate these catchy titles. Actually it is just a roasted pumpkin served with some love. Not even a pumpkin, but a butternut squash ! I eat this at least 3 times a week. For lunch, breakfast or as a snack !

Cut 1 whole-butternut squash into 4 quarters ! Bake it on 200°C for 1:45 to 2h ! Cut 4 deep lines in it longitudinally when ready ! Add Himalayan salt, honey and coconut cream into these cuts. Sprinkle heap loads of cinnamon on it ! Eat it with it’s skin and the pumpkin seeds !
